Are the tools really free? Do I need to sign up?+
Yes, free. No sign-up and no email needed. Just open a tool and use it, on your phone too.
Is the employee data I enter saved?+
No. Everything is calculated on your phone or computer. Nothing is uploaded, and it is gone when you close the page.
Are the results accurate? Can I pay salaries based on them?+
The CPF, overtime, leave and other calculations are checked against official MOM and CPF Board calculators and examples, covering January 2021 to December 2027. Use them to check pay, but rules do change, so confirm important decisions with the latest official guidance. If a result differs from the official one, please let us know.
Can employees use the tools too?+
Yes. The CPF, overtime and incomplete-month tools have a “Check your payslip” section, so employees can see whether their pay was worked out correctly.

Is this suitable for my company?+

We already have a full-time admin. Do we still need you?+
Often, yes. Your admin handles the day-to-day work, but MOM and CPF rules change every year, and keeping contracts and payroll up to date takes time. We check your contracts, handbook and payroll against the latest rules, so your admin has someone to check with.
Do we need to meet?+
No. Everything is done by email and online forms, so no time off and no travelling. If something is unclear, we follow up by email.
Is there anything you don’t do?+
We focus on HR documents, contract reviews and payroll. Recruitment and work pass applications for employers need an MOM employment agency licence, so we don’t do them. For disputes or claims, please see a lawyer.
