Key Employment Terms (KETs)

Generates KETs with all 18 MOM items (the numbers in the labels are MOM’s item numbers). The tool flags missing items and terms that break the Employment Act; the PDF can be downloaded once everything is right. Issue KETs within 14 days of the start date. Nothing is recorded or saved.

Type of employee

Decides whether the hours and overtime rules apply. MOM looks at the actual job, not the title.
