Fair Job Ad Checker

Flags wording TAFEP says job ads should not use — age, gender, race, religion, language, nationality, marital status and family, disability and health. Works for English and Chinese ads. Some criteria are allowed with a genuine, stated job requirement, so treat flags as items to review.

Sources: TAFEP Writing Job Advertisements; Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices; Workplace Fairness Act (from end-2027). Chinese-wording rules follow the same categories.
